The Gala Dinner will be held on 31 March 2017 (Fri), 6:30PM - 10:00PM, at The Carvery (Park Hotel Alexandra, 7 Alexandra Rd, S159972)
boasts of its expansive three-metre long meat carving station spotlighting an impressive and comprehensive display of three to four top-quality cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken. This is accompanied by a range of specialty fine salts, house-made butters (Anchovy and Truffle) and a myriad of sauces. In addition, there is also a delectable line up of side dishes which perfectly accompany the assortment of meats.
A variety of hot dishes make ideal counterparts to the roasts and include selections such as Cassoulet, Beef Bourguignon, Coq Au Vin and Seafood Bouillabaisse Marinara. These are wonderfully paired with aromatic Saffron rice, Black olive rice or the Basmati rice with currants.
End the meal on a sweet note with a gloriously classic English Trifle, Bailey’s soaked sponge cake, and fresh fruits and berries; or a comforting Spiced Apple Crumble made with generous wedges of Granny Smith apples dredged in cinnamon and topped with knobbly sandy crumble.
