Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing before 31 January 2017 will incur an admin charge of 50% of Registered Fee. From 1 Feb 2017, no refunds will be offered. However, substitution of names is allowed without any penalty charge.  Please contact the Secretariat to notify us of the substitution/cancellation.
