The Dialysis Access Synergy Meeting is just a few days away. We are pleased to advise the following:

Transportation :
NUHS Tower Block can be reached with public transportation MRT Circle Line Kent Ridge Station, and SBS Transit Bus Service No. 92, 97, 197, 198, 200, SMRT Bus Service No. 963.
Transportation between Park Hotel Alexandra and NUHS Tower Block will be available as scheduled below:
Please kindly arrange your own transportation on 30 Mar for pre-congress courses.
Transportation to the breakouts sessions located outside NUH will be provided on both 31 Mar and 1 Apr. Please gather at the foyer outside the Auditorium at 1.30PM and wait for the shuttle. All delegates attending to Live procedure observation sessions will be leaded by an assigned personnel into the hospital facility.
Dress Code:
The dress code for this conference is business casual.

You may collect your badges and conference materials at the registration counter located at the NUH Tower Block Auditorium foyer during the following opening hours.
