DASy will hold teleconference in The Second Medical Building of Chang Gung University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. The link of teleconference is going to be released next week in due course. Speakers and commentators coming from less affected areas will join the meeting. All participants will have their TOCC reviewed before entering the hotel lobby. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be ready at one’s disposal.
However, given the ongoing face mask control in Taiwan, we wouldn’t be able to provide it during meeting sections. As result, we suggest that all participants to wear their own face mask if necessary.
Shuttle bus will be ready at the conference venue. Temperature needs to be taken before entering the shuttle bus and Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be at hand.
Conference hall and frequent touched area are cleaned and disinfected at a daily basis. Lunch box will be served in a separate dining area.
Detailed precaution measures regarding current COVID-19 outbreak will be taken seriously. We prioritize the health and safety of all our participants.
